Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus any original shipping costs).

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed, and saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at letschat@daydreamsupply.com to initiate your return and request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address we provide in your return email.
  5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
