Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus any original shipping costs).
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed, and saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
How to Return:
- Contact us at letschat@daydreamsupply.com to initiate your return and request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address we provide in your return email.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Please Note:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
